Local schools announce 2013 princes and princesses

Seventeen elementary school princes and 17 elementary school princesses have been chosen to compete in the 77th International Rice Festival Junior King and Queen's Contest.

The contest will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, Oct. 18, on the festival's main stage.
