Aubrey Hanks

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 11, at Geesey-Ferguson Funeral Home Chapel for Aubrey Hanks, 72, who died Feb. 8, 2016, in Crowley.
Rev. Jason Corder, pastor of Forest Park Church of Christ, and Rev. Randy Paul, pastor of Bible Missionary Church, will be officiating for the services. The family is requesting visiting hours to be held Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 8 a.m. to the time of service.
Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Beth Atkinson Hanks of Crowley; two daughters, Denise Hanks Guillory and husband James of Baton Rouge and Tanya Hanks of Crowley; one son, Audie Hanks and wife Kiisha of Crowley; one brother, Harvey Hanks of Crowley; six grandchildren, Jenise Hanks Garrie and husband Colten, Kailey Hanks, Shaina Hanks, Nicholas Hanks, Jamie Hanks and Alyssa Guillory; and one great-grandson, Shane Aubrey Garrie.
Mr. Hanks is preceded in death by one son, Shane Hanks; and his parents, Ernie and Thelma Murphy Hanks.
