Domingue, Istre plan June wedding

Elaine Theresa Domingue will become the bride of Edward Lee Istre, Jr., both of Crowley, on June 14 at 3:30 p.m.

They will exchange wedding vows at the Woodmen of the World Hall in Crowley with Justice of the Peace Elridge Pussion officiating.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Patsy Domingue and the late Russell Domingue of Breaux Bridge. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Adam Collins, Sr. and Amilena Domingue and the late Egbert Domingue, Sr. of Charenton, Louisiana.

Elaine is a 2003 graduate of Breaux Bridge High School and is currently employed with Neena’s Landscaping.

The groom-elect is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward L. Istre, Sr. of Crowley. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Istre, Sr. and the late Ada G. Monceaux, all of Crowley.

Edward attended school in Crowley and is also currently employed with Neena’s Landscaping.
