Gwendolyn Nordyke Sensat

Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 14, 2011, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Duhon Funeral Home of Crowley for Gwendolyn Nordyke Sensat, 48, who died Tuesday, July 12, 2011, at her residence in Crowley.

Loyd Singley pastor of Northside Assembly of God will officiate.

Survivors include her daughter, Sarah Sensat of Crowley; her son, Michael Sensat of Crowley; her father, Thomas Nordyke of Crowley; her sister, Cindy N. Berken of Crowley; and her grandchild, Riley Ann Helo; and one nephew, two nieces, one great nephew, and two great nieces.

Gwen was preceded in death by her mother, Norma Beard Nordyke.

Visitation will be held Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until services.

Burial will be held in Woodlawn Cemetery under the direction of Duhon Funeral Home of Crowley.
