Carol "Billy" Benoit

Duson - Funeral services will be held at Gossen Funeral Home, Sunday, December 7, 2008, at 6:00 p.m. for Carol  “Billy” Benoit, 45, who died Friday, December 5, 2008, at his residence.

Surviving are wife, Kathy Himes Benoit of Canton, Ohio; son, Nathaniel Benoit of Lafayette; daughter, Amber Benoit of Canton, Ohio; four brothers, J.C. Benoit of Duson, Wilbert Benoit of Church Point, Emmery Benoit of Duson, and Joe Benoit of Duson; two sisters, Peggy Castille of Lafayette, and Beatrice Bailey of Lafayette, numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Berchman Benoit, Sr. and Angelle Castille Benoit; five brothers, Dalton, Roy, Elton and Berchman Benoit, Jr., and Simon Fontenot; two sisters, Barbara Dancer and Eldine Benoit; and one nephew, Steven Quibodeaux

He was born Thursday, June 27, 1963 in Lafayette, LA,

Friends will be received Sunday, December 7, 2008 from 10:00 a.m. until service time at Gossen Funeral Home, Inc., Rayne
