The Gallery saw a huge crowd last Saturday, June 8, as local quilter Kay Fruge’s show, “Art Quilts,” opened with a gala event.
“Art Quilts” showcases a dozen non-traditional quilts incorporating a wide variety of media and subjects. The uniqueness of this show makes it one that should not be missed.
“Art Quilts” will hang at The Gallery, located at 222 N. Parkerson Ave., for the remainder of the month. Admission is free and open to the public. For more information call The Gallery at 783-3747.
