The yard of Kelly and Michelle Owens, located at 423 E. 5th St., was selected by the Crowley Garden Club to receive the Garden of the Month Civic Pride Award for the month of March. Harrell Hoffpauir Jr., along with the Owens’ dog Bella, were on hand to receive award from Saja Hoffpauir, far right.
