The residential Garden of the Month award went to Harry and Judy Bodin, whose yard located at 1223 Wright Ave. is filled with pansies, snapdragons, bottle brush, hibiscus, gardenias, dusty miller, roses and azaleas. On hand for the presentation were, from left, Christie Brammer (Crowley Garden Club) with Cora Fusilier, Judy LeJeune (Crowley Garden Club) and Harry Bodin.
The Civic Beautification award was presented to the McDonald’s restaurant located on North Parkerson Avenue. Receiving the award from LeJeune, far right, were, from left, Amy Duhon, Kellie Ledoux and Melinda Russell.
