Fast PItch 56 Update: NCS advances, Lady Pios ousted

Northside Christian School has advanced to the semifinals of Class C at the LHSAA Fast Pitch 56 tournament.
The No. 3-ranked Lady Warriors were the 3-1 victors over No. 6 Plainview Friday afternoon.
Meanwhile in Class 3A, No. 1 John Curtis removed Notre Dame from the postseason in its quarterfinal match-up.
The Lady Pios (the nine seed) lost the game 7-3.
