AGH seeking new CEO

Lafayette General Health announced Monday tat a search for a new CEO at Acadia General Hospital will begin immediately.
Former CEO Heather Harper has left the organization and is currently pursuing other opportunities.
“We remain committed to providing world-class healthcare in Crowley for all of Acadia Parish and beyond,” said David L. Callecod, FACHE, president of Lafayette General Health. “There are many brilliant and talented medical providers in Acadia Parish and we are excited at the opportunity to work alongside them in taking AGH to new levels.”
No timetable for the hiring of a new CEO has been determined at this time.
Charmaine Vidrine, AGH chief financial officer, and Caroline Marceaux, AGH chief nursing officer, will share operational responsibilities until an interim plan is put into place.
