Jarrett FritzPatrick Cook

Rayne- Jarrett FritzPatrick Cook was born on August 21, 1984 in Lafayette, LA to Connie Mouton-Cook and Dalton Cook. He passed away on Sunday, March 9, 2014 at American Legion Hospital in Crowley, LA.
He leaves to carry on the will of GOD and cherish his memories in his mother, Connie Cook; step-father, Joseph; father, Dalton Cook; grandmother, Mary Emily Mouton; four sisters, Jasmine and Jalisa Cook of Rayne, LA; Jessica Washington of Baton Rouge, LA and Sehran Broussard of Pearland, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Leroy and Shirley Rochester-Cook; grandfather, Lincoln Lee Wilridge and uncle, John Anthony Mouton.
Visitation will held on Friday, March 14, 2014 from 5:00PM until 9:00PM and will resume on Saturday, March 15, 2014 at 8:00AM until 9:30AM. Services will follow at 10:00AM at Our Mother of Mercy Catholic Church in Rayne, LA; interment will be in the church cemetery.
