The Lady Wolves collected four wins in as many matches over the past week to place them at 18-3 overall and 4-0 in district play.
“We’ve played well recently,” stated Rayne High Head Coach Stephanie Garrett. “We are doing well with the start of district. Hope we can keep that level up.”

The Lady Wolves only needed three games to collect a district win over Northwest High (25-6, 25-9, 25-14).
Peltier, Dugas and Kanonu each netted 5 kills, apiece.
Tajane Butler led aces with 3, while she and Destiny Allemn recorded 2 blocks each.

They will return home on Tuesday, Sept. 13, when they will host district rival Crowley High, then Iota High on Wednesday. First serve is slated for 4 p.m. for freshmen, junior varsity and varsity action.
