Afternoon bridal shower honors Brittany Arabie

SCOTT - Miss Brittany Renee Arabie, bride-elect of Christopher Castille, both of Rayne, was honored on Sunday, April 6, during a bridal shower in anticipation of the couple’s upcoming June wedding.

Brittany is the daughter of Gregory and Danette Arabie of Rayne, and Christopher is the son of Michael and Dayna Castille, all of Rayne.

Family and friends hosted the afternoon social attended by approximately 50 guests from points of Louisiana, Texas and Tennessee.

Guests were served a variety of fingerfoods and refreshments including chicken salad sandwiches, crab dip, meatballs, chicken wings, boudin, chips and dips, pinwheels, and numerous sweets and punch.

Serving as hosts for the bridal courtesy were Jodi Benoit, Abby Boudreaux, Taylor Cormier, Mika Conques, Donna Comeaux, Kaylyn LeBlanc, Sarah Stutes, Crystal Castille, Tori Sarsfield, Kayla Fontenot and Lexi Guidry.

Brittany and Christopher will be married on Friday, June 6, during a 7 p.m. ceremony at St. Joseph Catholic Church, followed by a reception at The Crossing at Mervine Kahn of Rayne.
