Hebert speaks to Rice City Seniors

Lee Hebert, center, director of the Acadia Parish Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness, was the guest speaker for the May 18 meeting of the Rice City Seniors at the International Rice Festival Building. Accompanied by Elizabeth Myers, left, assistant, Hebert spoke primarily about hurricane preparedness as the 2015 season kicks off on June 1.
