Organization plans for ‘Crowley Day’ event

Members of the Homeland Civic and Social Organization met recently at a local restaurant to make plans for their annual “Crowley Day” event, which is held every Labor Day weekend here in Crowley. Those in attendance included, from left, founder Howard Guillory, Jeanette Shepherd (president), DeBira Broussard (secretary), Lou Grant, Maie Breaux (vice president) and Sheral Garrick (events coordinator).
