Fred Gossen honored

AWARD PRESENTATION: The 2015 St. Joseph Award for “That Man Is You” was presented to Frederick J. Gossen, Sr., left, at the Paradisus Dei gala in Houston on February 28. He was nominated by his son, Federick J. Gossen, Jr., center and joined by Steve Bollman, founder of Paradisus Dei, Inc. and developer of the “That Man Is You” program. The purpose of the organization is to help families discover the superabundance of God by teaching men to be better husbands, fathers, and, in general, better persons. Gossen is one of the 20,000 men enrolled in the program nationwide, and has been involved in it several years, first in Lafayette and now in the Rayne group which meets in the St. Joseph Catholic Church’s Family Life Center.
