Rayne July building permits are granted

Rayne Building Inspector Mark Daigle reports that four building permits were issued during July, all consisting of remodeling projects.
Permits were granted to Veteran Contractors for installation of solar panels at 270 Zaunbrecher Road and 928 Pearl; David Guidry, 210 East Branche for addition/renovation; and Tim Mayfield, 706 East A Street, for renovations.
The four projects were valued at $160,000.
Two air conditioning and heating permits were issued to S&S Services, 1704 East B North, and Kristy Meyer, 207 Edgewood.
Five electrical permits were issued to Gary Odom, 911 Margaret;Veterans Contractor, 270 Zaunbrecher Road and 928 Pearl; Kristy Meyer, 207 Edgewood; and Shelly Coleman, 202 Foreman.
Plumbing permits were issued to Ken Guidry Plumbing, 100 Mervine Kahn; Colville Plumbing, 207 Edgewood; adn Shelly Colman, 202 Foreman.
Gas permits were issued to Mike Castille, 124 Carol Drive, and Colville Plumbing, 207 Edgewood.
A trailer moving permit was issued to Shelly Coleman, 202 Foreman.
Miscellaneous permits were granted to Veterans Contractor for net metering processing fees; Colville Plumbing, license; and Marlene LeBauve, 808 W. Perrodin, for demolition.
Permit fees totaled $260.
