Rayne Catholic Elementary Rice Festival Honorees

Selected to represent Rayne Catholic Elementary during the 2014 International Rice Festival during the Children’s King and Queen Contest are Princess Eva Meyer and Prince Seth Miller. Eva is the daughter of Kristy and Frank Meyer, and Seth is the son of Laura and Pat Miller.
