Crowley Police arrest Charles

The Crowley Police Department’s Narcotics Unit executed another narcotics search warrant in an effort to fight the illegal drug industry of Crowley.

Agents and SRT members of the department executed a search warrant at the address of 614 West 7th Street after securing probable cause. During the search, agents recovered marijuana and currency from the residence.

Arrested was Demetich J. Charles, 28, of Crowley. Charles has been booked into the Acadia Parish Jail on possession of marijuana and monies derived from drug proceed charges.

“I appreciate the hard work of all of our officers in their efforts to serve our citizens,” stated Chief KP Gibson.
