Donation sought in benefit

Donations are needed for a benefit hamburger sale to help Officer Harold "Jamie" Doucet and his family who lost their home and all their belongs to a fire that happened on the night of Feb. 16.

The Iota Police Department is sponsoring a hamburger sale on Sunday, Feb. 23 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Iota Volunteer Fire Department. Doucet is an officer with the Iota Police Department and Iota Police Chief Scott Pousson greatly appreciates all donations.
