New Jr. Duck Festival Queen

Congratulations are extended to Payton Broussard, daughter of Stuart and Angie Broussard of Rayne, who was crowned the 2015 Jr. Duck Festival Queen. The former Jr. Frog Festival Queen is an eighth grade student at Rayne Catholic Elementary.
