Crowley Post-Signal: Circulation changes are announced
The Crowley Post-Signal is updating its circulation software and, effective today, a number of changes are being announced concerning billing and missed editions.
First of all, subscription bills will appear different. In addition to the new “hot pink” color, each subscriber will be assigned a “customer number” which should be included on any check or payment made on that subscription.
Also, customers in rural areas who do not have home delivery of mail, must notify The Post-Signal of their billing address.
This can be done easily by emailing us at circulation@crowleytoday.com. Email should include the subscriber’s name, physical address and billing address.
However, if you are a “full-access” subscriber — which means you not only receive a copy of the newspaper but have complete Internet access to our e-edition — you should disregard the hot pink renewal card you will receive in the mail and make payment through the link that is emailed to you.
Those who subscribe only to the e-edition will not received the “snail-mail” renewal card.
And remember that our carriers are human and that mistakes are sometimes made. If your newspaper is not delivered, do not hesitate to call us at 783-3450.
If you live within the city limits of Crowley and you contact us before 10 a.m. the day you missed your newspaper, one will be delivered to you that day.
If you live outside the city limits you can either have the missed copy included with the next day’s delivery or your account can be credited for that day.
