Nita McCall’s entry was declared the winner of a $750 holiday shopping spree sponsored by the Rayne Acadian-Tribune and local merchants.
Sponsoring the yuletide drawing were Gautreaux’s Donuts, Champagne’s Food Store, Frog City Travel Plaza, Mouton Pharmacy, Cajun Friendly Flea Market, Gabe’s Cajun Food, Farmer’s True Value, Doug Ashy Building Materials, Trahan Foods, Piggly Wiggly, Alyse’s Unique Boutique, Candyland Cottage and Ice Cream Shoppe, Chef Roy’s Frog City Café, Acadia Animal Medical Center, Sonic Drive-in, Laura’s Gift Shop, Rayne Acadian Tribune, and Gossen Funeral Home.
