Rayne named District Cleanest City Winner

DISTRICT JUDGES WELCOMED - During ceremonies Tuesday morning at City Hall, Rayne welcomed the district judges for the 2015 Cleanest City Contest. Here, Mayor Chuck Robichaux expresses his appreciation on behalf of the city by presenting each judge a gift bag of Rayne goodies prior to the judging.
