Road construction announcements for Acadia Parish

Motorist in Acadia Parish are reminded of several road closures in the parish today and tomorrow (Oct. 21-22).

The Acadia Parish Police Jury is closing Deer Park Drive for the two days from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Department of Transportation and Development will have alternating lane closures at the intersection of East Hutchinson Avenue and U.S. Highway 90 for asphalt overlay.

Motorists are advised to find alternate routes and expect delays at the Crowley intersection if they choose to use that route.
