Sisters of A&O plan Pink March/Family Fun Day

Public invited to attend annual events

The Sisters of A&O 21st Century Club would like to announce their 4th Annual “Rayne In Pink,” a breast cancer awareness march and fun day. The public event is planned for Saturday, Oct. 24, for the general public.
The morning activities will begin that morning at the Depot Square where a prayer and balloon release will be held, followed by the 10 a.m. March that will end at the Green Room of the Civic Center Complex where the Fun Day events will begin at 11 a.m.
The day of fun will include games, music, food and bingo for the elderly beginning at 1 p.m. Admission is free.
Raffle tickets are presently being sold for a 26-inch Susan G. Komen bike and a breast cancer wreath. Tickets are $1 each and will be raffled at the Fun Day event.
All proceeds of the day will go towards the anual “Rayne In Pink” March/Fun Day and to local organizations in support of breast cancer awareness.
