Tickets Available for 5th Annual Rayne Grande Court Mardi Gras Ball

A limited number of tickets are still available at the Rayne Chamber office.  The 5th Annual Rayne Grande Court Mardi Gras Ball, sponsored by the Rayne Chamber of Commerce & Agriculture will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2016 in the Rayne Civic Center. Tickets are $60 per person. Tickets will not be sold at the door.
The ballroom will be transformed into the gala theme “Vegas Nights”.  Doors will open at 6 pm, and presentations will begin at 7 pm.
His Majesty King Sam Babineaux and Her Majesty Queen Nikki Link and the royal court including, Rachel Guidry, Rusty Morrel, Wendy Moore, Dennis LaCroix, Tim Prevost, Christy Peltier, Phil Peltier, Blair and Lexi Thibodeaux, Julianna Dupont, John Haynes, Dana Fontenot, Jeannine Venable and Matthew Rhodes will be presented in regal and costumed attire of the Vegas Nights theme.
Refreshments will be sold.  No ice chests are allowed.
Music for the presentation will be provided by Dup’s DJ Services, and City Heat with Horns will provide music for dancing until midnight.
Formal, semi-formal attire is required.  Gentlemen may wear dark suits and a tie, and ladies may wear floor-length gowns or cocktail dresses.  No jeans will be permitted.
The Rayne Grande Court Mardi Gras Ball is a major fund-raiser for the Chamber and also affords the opportunity for the Rayne Chamber to once again give a $500 Scholarship to a Rayne High and a Notre Dame graduate in 2016.
