UPDATE: LA 13 reopened, expect intermitten closures

State police advise that motorists should expect shoulder work and intermittent lane closures along Louisiana Highway 13 between Thevis Road and Schultz Road as workers continue to clean up from this morning's crash that claimed at least one life.
