Elderberries planning bus tour to historic sites

Elderberries coordinator Jeanette Leger announces a trip is being planned on Friday, July 10, to Marksville, where the tour group will visit the Marksville State Historic Site, featuring North America’s earliest known civilizations, Indian Mounds and a museum.
The group will also visit Bordelon House and a small chapel, as well as try their luck at Paragon Casino.
The $35 per person fee includes bus fare, and two admissions. Meals will be dutch treat.
Reservations must be made by June 10.
