Anthony J. "Tony" Broussard

LAPLACE – A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 8, 2008 to honor Anthony J. “Tony” Broussard, 51, who died on Sunday, October 26,2008 at his home in LaPlace.

The Reverend Tommy Parker officiated at the 2 p.m. services.

Survivors include his loving wife of 29 years, Sandra K. Richard Broussard of LaPlace; one son, Brady Lee Broussard and his wife Nicole of Reserve; his mother, Eleanor G. Broussard of Biloxi, Mississippi; one sister, Debra Viator of New Iberia; two grandchildren, Kaitlin and Brady Broussard, Jr. of LaPlace; and two step-grandchildren, Jeremiah and Nicholas Granier of Reserve.

He was preceded in death by his father, Lee J. “Red” Broussard of Rayne; and his beloved grandmother, Amelia LeBlanc of Crowley.

Tony will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
