Rice Queen represents Rice Festival at Orange Fest

Seventy-seventh International Rice Festival Queen Hailey Hensgens recently traveled to Buras to represent the Rice Festival at the 2013 Plaquemines Parish Fair and Orange Festival Queen’s Pageant and Queen’s Day events.

The Plaquemines Parish Fair and Orange Festival, held in 2013 on Dec. 6-8, takes place annually the first full weekend in December.
