Wolves, Ladies claim district wins

The Wolves and Ladies recorded district wins over intra-parish rivals Crowley High Tuesday, impriving their district stats.
The Lady Wolves are remain perfect in district play with the win at 7-0, while the Wolves stand at 2-3 in District 4-4A.
In their 60-48 win over Crowley High, the Lady Wolves were led by Charlesha Dugas with 23 points, six rebounds, five steals and a block. Others helping with the win were Tori Carriere with 15 points, Cierra Harmon at 10, and Whitley Larry at nine.
In Friday action, the Lady Wolves claimed a 72-40 win over Beau Chene. Rayne was led by Whitley Larry with 14 points, seven rebounds, four steals and four blocks. Tristan Mouton dumped in 11 points, Charlesha Dugas with 19 and Cierra Harmon with 10.
The Wolves were split in recnt action claiming a 60-40 win over Crowley before falling 60-52 to Beau Chene.
The Wolves and Lady Wolves will travel to Washington-Marion High in Lake Charles on Friday, Jan. 31st, for district play before returning home on Tuesday, Feb. 4th, when they will host LaGrange.
