Head Start registration to begin Feb. 13

The Acadia Parish Head Start program has announced that it will begin registration for the 2014-15 program year on Thursday, Feb. 13.

To register, contact your local Head Start Center or the Head Start Central Office at 783-6377.

The following documents are needed for registration:

• birth certificate;

• Social Security card;

• medical card or proof of private insurance;

• immunization (shot) record; and

• proof of insurance.
