Rayne, LA - Funeral services will be held at St. Leo IV Catholic Church in Roberts Cove, Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at 11:00 am for Jeanette Marie Prather Heinen , 70, who died Sunday, February 2, 2014 at Residence.
 
Interment will be in the St. Leo Cemetery IV, Roberts Cove, LA.
 
Surviving are husband, John A. Heinen, Jr., two daughters, Zeblyn Marie Heinen, Elizabeth Clare Heinen Walker and husband Craig, two sons, Phillip Michael Heinen and wife Saundra, Lawrence Blane Heinen and wife Toni, nine grandchildren, Hunter Heinen and wife Joanne, Heath Heinen, Skylar Heinen and wife Siodhan, Brittany Heinen Melancon and husband Derek, Malori Heinen, Kourey Heinen, Kourylyn Heinen, Connor Walker, Caitlin Walker, one great-grandchild, Heidi Kate Melancon, four sisters, Georgie Faye Prather, Johnnie Ruth Prather Olinger and husband Ray, Yvonne Alice Prather Cramer and husband Michael, Cynthia Ann Prather Robertson and husband Lester, one brother, John Burton Prather and wife Cynthia.
 
She was preceded in death by parents, John Prather and Jeanette Lucille Prather, one daughter, Mary Heinen, one son, Matthew Paul Heinen.
 
She was a member of Catholic Daughters of America, Ladies Altar Society, Rosary Group in Roberts Cove, Louisiana State of Cosmetology, Certificate of Award for Cake decorating, Louisiana Association for family and Community Educators .
 
Rosaries will be recited Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at 7:00 pm and Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at 9:00 am at Gossen Funeral Home, Rayne, LA.
 
Friends will be received  at Gossen Funeral Home, Inc., Rayne, LA. Tuesday, February 4, 2014 from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm and Wednesday, February 5, 2014 from 8:00 am until 10:30 am.
