Word was received from District 7 Chairperson Sepha Guidry of the City of Rayne named winner of the 2014 Cleanest City District Contest held yesterday.
Plans are now being made for the state competition planned for the first week of May.
Congratulations to the City of Rayne and citizens on a job well done.
