Stroderd, Sonnier to wed Sept. 27
Tori Camille Stroderd of Iota and Justin Quinn Sonnier of Tee Mamou have announced their engagement and commitment to be wed on the evening of Saturday, Sept. 27, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Evangeline.
Fr. David Broussard will officiate the 6 p.m. nuptial ceremony.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Yvette Stroderd Fruge of Eunice and Rondell Joseph of Houston. Her maternal grandparents are Joan and Allen Stroderd of Tepetate. Her paternal grandparents are Tina Guillory of Iota and Elijah “Monday” Joseph of Crowley.
Tori is a graduate of Iota High School and South Louisiana Community College. She is presently employed as an LPN with Dialysis Clinic, Inc., in Jennings and Crowley.
The prospective groom is the son of Laura and Carl Sonnier of Tee Mamou. His maternal grandparents are Carby Miller of Tee Mamou and the late Betty Miller.
Justin graduated from Iota High School before attending McNeese State University. He is presently employed as an I&E technician at Anadarko Petroleum Corp.
Following their marriage, the couple will reside in Tee Mamou.
