Mary Romero Landry

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 13, at the Geesey-Ferguson Funeral Home Chapel for Mary Romero Landry, 77, who died at 4:27 a.m. Monday, Nov. 10, 2014, in Crowley, LA.

Fr. Joseph Tran, pastor of St. Lawrence Catholic Church, will officiate the funeral service. The family requests visitation hours be held on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. and Thursday from 8 a.m. until service time. The Rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in the Estherwood Cemetery.

Mary is survived by four sons, Charles Kenneth Landry of Nederland, Texas, William Jeffrey Landry and wife Sandra of Groves, Texas, Tracy James Landry and wife Virginia of Baytown, Texas, and Paul Kevin Landry of Crowley; four daughters, Theresa Ann Hunt and husband Richard of Beaumont, Texas, Sandra Marie Couder and husband Les of Castlerock, Colorado, Stacey Regina Tiritilli and husband Mike of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and Karen Michelle Monceaux and husband Louis of Egan; one sister, Lillian Hudson of St. John, Kansas; 21 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Felician and Theotice Primeaux Romero; her husband, Euel Landry; a daughter, Gloria Faye Sims; six brothers and sisters; and six great-grandchildren.
