Rayne, LA - Funeral services will be held at Gossen Funeral Home Chapel, Wednesday, November 12, 2014, at 10:00 a.m., for Millard Berthelot, 70, who died Saturday November 8, 2014 at his residence in Rayne, LA.

Interment will be in the Evangeline Memorial Cemetery, Ville Platte, LA.

Surviving are wife, Cheryl Mizell Berthelot of Rayne, two daughters, Chana Franks of Houston, TX, Trisha Ebberman of Long Beach, MS, one son, Darrin Berthelot and wife Lori  of Marrero, LA, two step daughters, Laura Bergeron and husband Toby of Rayne, Connie  Ory-Beachy and husband Chris of Hammond, three grandchildren, Joseph Ebberman, Jonathan Ebberman, Cristina Ebberman, four step grandchild, Carley Bergeron, John Hyde V, Wyatt Beachy, Hyla Beachy, one sister, Karen Manuel and husband Elton of Slidell, two brothers, Ken Berthelot and Starr of Duson, James Berthelot and wife Penny of Ville Platte.
 
He was preceded in death by father, Ellender Millard Berthelot, mother, Elvina Fontenot Berthelot.
 
Friends will be received at Gossen Funeral Home, Inc., Rayne, LA. Tuesday, November 11, 2014 from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm and Wednesday, November 12, 2014 from 8:30 am until 10:00 am.
