Raiders to host Frog Bowl in Rayne

As announced by Rayne Raiders Director Aleke Kanonu, the 2014 Frog Bowl will be held this weekend, Sunday, Nov. 23, at Rayne High Memorial Stadium.
Games will begin at 9 a.m. with the following teams joining the Raiders 12 and Under Team in participation: Crowley Rec Dept., Iota Rec. Dept., Crowley Outlaws, Welsh Rec. Dept., Lafayette Rec. Dept. and Vermilion Parish Rec. Dept.
Frog Bowl sponsors include James “Jimbo” Petitjean and the Acadia Parish Assessor Office, Wilton C. Cook & Son, D’Charles Car Audio, and Eddie’s Lawn Care.
The Rayne Raiders will also be in action on Saturday, Nov. 22, at St. Martinville High School for the VFL Football Championship.
