Phillip Meaux Sr.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 19, at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Phillip Meaux Sr., 49, who died Monday, Dec. 15, 2014.

Pastor Jason Miller will be officiating the services. 

He is survived by his son, Phillip Meaux Jr. of Kaplan; two daughters, Shlaci Meaux Richard and husband Brandon of Kaplan and Bethany Meaux of Kaplan; two sisters, Sherilyn Friou of Kaplan and Yolanda Meaux of Abbeville; four brothers, Harvey Meaux Jr. of Kaplan, David Meaux of Midland, Samuel Meaux of Kaplan and Ricky Meaux of Kaplan; six grandchildren; extended family member, Sarah Meaux of Gueydan; and his long time girlfriend, Sandra Hargrave of Kaplan.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harvey Meaux and the former Marrianne Harrington.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Ave., on Thursday, Dec. 18, from 9 a.m. until 10 p.m. and Friday, Dec. 19, from 8 a.m. until services.
