Leo Joseph “Billy” Robinson

Maxie—Graveside funeral services for Mr. Leo Joseph “Billy” Robinson, 75, will be held on Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at 11:00 AM in Maxie Cemetery, Maxie, LA.

Mr. Robinson passed away on Sunday, January 25, 2015 at 12:10 PM in his Crowley residence.

A native and lifelong resident of Acadia Parish, Mr. Robinson was a U.S. Army veteran. While serving in the Army, Mr. Robinson was stationed in Germany. He worked for many years in the oilfield.

Survivors include a son, Darrell James Robinson of Angola, LA; daughter, Deborah Robinson O'Quain of Crowley; brother Chester Ray Robinson and wife, Janye of Sugartown; sisters, Gloria Robinson Miller of Elton, and Jeanette Robinson Hebert and husband, Bobby of Rayne; granddaughters, Kaitlyn Bellard and Victoria Bellard; great-granddaughter, Evelyn Grace Bellard; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Preceding Mr. Robinson in death were his wife, Nelma Daigle Robinson; parents, Chester C. Robinson and Constance Doucet Robinson; brother, Leo Paul Robinson; and sister. Helen Robinson Courville.
