Announces June wedding

Mr. and Mrs. Michael Judice of Rayne are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Lauren Merle, to Chistopher John Craton, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Craton of Crowley.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Larry and Heather Garrett of Rayne and the late Wilma and Emery Judice.
Lauren is a graduate of Rayne High School and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where she received a bachelor of arts degree in elementary education. She is presently a first grade teacher at Martin Petitjean Elementary in Rayne.
The prospective groom is the grandson of Vivian B. Thibodeaux of Church Point, the late Sweeney J. Thibodeaux, and the late Mr. and Mrs. James M. Craton.
Chris is a graduate of Notre Dame High School of Acadia Parish in Crowley and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where he received a bachelor of science degree in business administration. He is currently employed by Baker Hughes in Broussard.
The couple will be united in holy matrimony on Friday, June 12, 2015, during a six o’clock evening ceremony at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Rayne with Fr. Kendal Faulk as celebrant.
Following their wedding, the couple will reside in Rayne.
