Rayne Jaycees host 2015 Annual Diaper Derby at Frog Festival

The crowd was cheering and babies were crawling towards the finish line during the 2015 Annual Diaper Derby held Saturday morning of the 43rd Frog Festival sponsored every year by the Rayne Jaycees.
Named Diaper Power winner was Annabelle Credeur, 10-month-old daughter of Amy and Matt Credeur of Rayne.
First runner-up was Lee-Michael Guidry, 10-month-old son of Kaine Guidry and Britany Cormier of Rayne.
Named second runner-up was Maddox Aucoin, 12-month-old son of Lindsey and Trey Aucoin of Rayne.
Chairing the 2015 event were Jaycee members Angela LeBlanc and Kathy Cahanin.
Assisting with presentations were a number of Rayne royalty, who also served as judges at the finish line.
Taking part in the awards were the reigning Deb Frog Festival Queen Alyssa Theriot, Miss Tadpole Ashlyn Baudin and Mr. Tadpole Lake Hamlin
Annabelle and her court, in addition to all the Tadpole royalty, took her place on the Jaycee float Saturday afternoon during the Frog Festival Parade.
