MISS RAYNE PAGEANT PLANS - Miss Rayne Director Suzette Leonards, left, and the reigning Miss Rayne Madison Vidal, right, continue plans for the upcoming 2015 Miss Rayne Pageant. Orientation will be held at Rayne City Hall on Wednesday, Aug. 26, at 6 p.m. The pageant is slated for Saturday, Sept. 26, at 6 p.m. at the Rayne Civic Center.
