Empowering the Community tutoring center awarded Yard of the Month

The West Crowley Beautification Board awarded the September Yard of the Month honor to The Empowering the Community for Excellence Center located on West Hutchinson Avenue. Presenting the award were, from left, Dr. Ezora J. Proctor, Anthony Bias, Sheral Garrick and Chris Mayfield. The purpose of the award is to encourage Crowley residents to beautify the areas in which they live and keep the city clean.
