Ella Faye Mosley Young

Ella Faye Mosley Young passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, November 30, 2015, surrounded by her loving family at the age of 69.
Ella Faye was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a devout and faithful member of Our Mother of Mercy Catholic Church in Rayne, LA. She was also a retiree of 30 years with Acadia Parish School System.
Ella Faye had a kind and gentle spirit, but contained the strength and resolve to face each challenge that was presented. She was loved by all who knew her and will truly be missed.
She is survived by her husband, Eddie Lee Young, Sr. of Rayne, LA; four daughters, Samantha (Falius)Young, Chandrekia (Martin) Bias, both of Rayne, LA and Natasha Young of Baton Rouge, LA; two sons, Eddie (Fabiola) Young, Jr. of Baker, LA and Wallace Young of Rayne, LA; and by her ten grandchildren and one great-grandson; a loving mother, Warbell Mosley of Rayne, LA; one sister, Judy (Anatole) LeDay of Rayne, LA; two brothers, Wardell Mosley of Branch, LA and Torey LeBlanc of Rayne, LA; godmother, Rosa Mae Mouton of Lake Charles, LA and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Dewey Mosley; two brothers, Charles Mosley, Sr. and Lionel Mosley, Sr.; two sons, Stan and Michael Young.
The funeral services will be as follows on Saturday, December 5, 2015:

Funeral: St. Joseph Catholic Church 1:30 p.m., 401 South Adam Ave., Rayne, LA
Burial: Our Mother of Mercy Catholic Church Cemetery, Rayne, LA
