Pearly Trahan Primeaux

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 26, at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church for Pearly Trahan Primeaux, 84, who died at 2:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2015, at Southwind Nursing Home in Crowley.
Fr. Billy Massie will celebrate the Mass and the burial will follow in the Abshire Cemetery. Visitation may be observed on Saturday from 9 a.m. until service time. The Rosary will be prayed at 11 a.m. Saturday.
She is survived by two daughters, Carol Primeaux Quinn of Maryville, Tennessee, and Clara P. Welch of Crowley; two sons, Adam Nelson Primeaux Jr. and wife Mary of Denham Springs and Steve Robert Primeaux of Jennings; five grandchildren, Marsha Richard, Adam Nelson Primeaux III, Ryan Primeaux, Heather Marceaux and Shannon Primeaux; 13 great-grandchildren, Travis Richard, Jennifer LaCour, Jenna Richard, Ryan Primeaux, Brendan Richard, Elizabeth Primeaux, Stormy Matt, Austin Primeaux, McKenzie Marceaux, Brooke-Lynn Marceaux, Christopher Primeaux, Aubrey Marceaux and Cheyenne Prattini; three great-great-grandchildren, Kayden Richard, Makayla Lebeouf and Braison Richard; and one sister, Audrey T. Mire of Abbeville.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Nelson Adam Primeaux Sr.; her parents, Aurelien and Emelia LeLeaux Trahan; one brother, Hubert Trahan; and a granddaughter, Stephanie Angelle Primeaux Prattini.
The family would like to thank the staff at Southwind Nursing and Rehabilitation as well as the staff at Lamm Family Care Hospice for their loving care of their beloved mother.
