Memorial services will be held Friday, Jan. 16, at 10 a.m. in the Chapel of Geesey-Ferguson Funeral Home for Brian Garrett Nolan, 49, who died Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2015, at 7:37 p.m. at Regional Medical Center of Acadiana.
Fr. Chester Arceneaux, pastor of The Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist, will officiate for the services. The family requests visiting from 9 a.m. to service time. At his request, Brian was cremated.
He is survived by his mother, Sandra Hickey Nolan of Crowley; two brothers, Bradley Scott Nolan of Crowley and Blaine Nolan of Mandeville; his aunt, Laura Gautreaux of Crowley; niece, Blair Nolan; nephew, Brandon Nolan, both of Mandeville; and his friends, Andy Valdez of Lafayette and Jeff Johnson of Abbeville.
Brian was preceded in death by his father, Lawrence “Pete” Nolan; his maternal grandparents, L.J. and Ruth Hickey; and his paternal grandparents, John and Myrtle Nolan.
