Chongha Chung

Memorial services will be held at noon on Saturday, June 11, in Delhomme Chapel of the Flowers for Chongha Chung, 68, who passed away on June 3, 2016. Dong Lee, pastor of Lafayette Korean Church, will conduct the funeral services.
Mr. Chung, a resident of Crowley, was the son of the late Yong-Moon Chung and the former Pan-Ye Lee. He always put others before himself no matter if they were a life-long friend, family member or acquaintance. He always handled everything with a smile and a full heart. He enjoyed fishing, golfing and loved to be surrounded by people. A wonderful husband, father, grandfather, son, brother and uncle, he was loved by so many. He will be missed beyond measure. Special thanks to everyone who helped with his care.
He is survived by his wife, Chongae Chung; daughter, Sonhui Chung; granddaughters, Taylor and Emily Tran; and son-in-law, Alain Tran.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Delhomme Funeral Home on Friday, June 10, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Visiting hours will continue on Saturday, June 11, from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
