Claudette Marie LeBlanc Johnson

Funeral services for Claudette Marie LeBlanc Johnson, 68, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 23, at Our Mother of Mercy Catholic Church with Father Richard Wagner, SSJ, pastor, officiating.
Burial will be in Our Mother Of Mercy Cemetery.
Mrs. Johnson died at 4:45 p.m. Wednesday, July 13, at her residence.
Mrs. Claudette not only enjoyed spending time with her family, she also loved visiting local churches and volunteering at any community center and outreach center whose goals were feeding and clothing the less fortunate.
She is survived by her husband, John Johnson Jr. of Rayne; one son, Charles A. LeBlanc (Beatrice) of Rayne; two brothers, Charles Ray LeBlanc of Rayne and Harold LeBlanc (Norma) of Rayne; one sister, Mona LeBlanc of Houston, Texas; eight grandchilden and 17 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. Charlie LeBlanc and Rebecca Evans Leblanc; and one sister, Eva G. LeBlanc;
The family has requested that visitation be held at Frank Brothers Funeral Home Chapel in Eunice from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. Friday, July 22. A Rosary will be prayed at 5 p.m.
Pallbearers will be Gregory Minix, Jeffrey Evans, Percy Senegal, Dexter Harmon, Warren Buchanan and Merlin Evans.
